A Board of Trustees meeting is not a public meeting but a meeting held in public, therefore only trustees have automatic speaking rights. If you have something you would like to share with the Board, please talk to the Chair, Tania Macdonald, at least 24 hours before the meeting date so that it can be decided whether speaking rights will be granted (and for how long) or whether your information is best dealt with at another forum. You may be asked to leave the meeting if the Board deems it necessary to move into "excluding the public" because of personally or financially sensitive material.
