Kia Ora, I grew up in Greytown. When I finished college I gained my Bachelor of Teaching through Te Tari Puna o Aotearoa and taught as an Early Childhood teacher for 13 years in Carterton, working my way up to management and then co-ownership before deciding on a career change and moving into Primary teaching. 9 years ago my fiancé Kane and I bought our house at Ngawi and now share it with our son Lockie. Living at Ngawi allows us to pursue our shared passion for hunting and fishing during any spare moment we have. I really enjoy living in a rural, small and tight knit community. I feel very lucky to have the opportunity to teach at Pirinoa School and appreciate all the learning opportunities that being part of a small country school provides.
